1. The Valiants Director of Athletics, Kevin Levinthal coached the men's team for twelve seasons and has the most wins of any Manhattanville coach - 202.

2. Coach Arlen Marshall played for Manhattanville and was captain for three years. He was also the assistant coach before becoming the MVille Head Coach.

3. The men's team performs over 1000 hours of community service every year in events such as the Burke Rehabilitation Wheelchair Games, The Jack Jablonski Fund, Hudson River Swim For Life and the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Run.

4. 29 players have played pro hockey.

5. Manhattanville is the only school in the NCAA with the nickname "Valiants". It is from a quote by Jeanne d'Albret - mother of Henry IV. "To the valiant of heart, nothing is impossible!"

6. In their 14 years of existence, Manhattanville has had 13 winning seasons.

7. Manhattanville is recognized regularly as one of the best colleges in the nation by the Princeton Review, The Fiske Guide to College, and the US News and World Report.

8. MVIlle builds and develops their program on-ice, off-ice and in the community to create a well rounded student-athlete experience.

9. 77% of eligible players made the ECAC West All Academic Team. This means they had a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.(Freshmen and first year transfer students are not eligible for All Academic Honors)

10. Newsweek ranks MVille at #12 for Best Colleges for international Students.
